OCI Date Details

OCI Interview Periods We are organizing our OCI schedule to stretch throughout the fall and spring semesters to maximize the time available for callback interviews.

FALL SEMESTER
We anticipate fall semester classes will begin on Monday, August 21, 2023.

The schedule for Fall 2023 is as follows:

Fall Session 1: Virtual: July 10-12 & 18-21 (50% Lottery)
Fall Session 2: In-person: July 31-Aug. 3 | Virtual: Aug. 4 (100% Pre-select)
Fall Session 3: In-person: Sept. 5-8 | Virtual: Sept. 12-15 (100% Pre-select)
Fall Session 4: In-person: Oct. 3-6 & 10-13 | Virtual: Oct. 17-18 (100% Pre-select)
Fall Session 5: In-person: Nov. 7-9 | Virtual: Nov. 14-17 (100% Pre-select)

SPRING SEMESTER
We anticipate spring semester classes will begin on Monday, January 8, 2024.

The Schedule for Spring 2024 is anticipated to be:

Spring Session 1: In-Person & Virtual: Feb. 6-9 (100% Pre-select)
Spring Session 2: In-Person & Virtual: Feb. 13-16 (100% Pre-select)
Spring Session 3: In-Person & Virtual: Feb. 20-23 (100% Pre-select)
Spring Session 4: In-Person & Virtual: Feb. 27-Mar. 01 (100% Pre-select)

50% Prescreening for Fall OCI session 1 (Virtual). 100% Prescreening for Fall OCI sessions 2-5 and all Spring OCI sessions. Resumes and other requested student materials are available on Symplicity 2-3 weeks prior to interview dates. Employer schedules are available on Symplicity prior to the interview date.

FIRST-YEAR STUDENT Describe any special regulations pertaining to the recruitment of first year students. For example, are first year students eligible for spring OCI? When are job notices posted during second semester?
First-year students may contact employers during the first semester of the program. Job notices are posted continuously, as they are received. First-year students are eligible for spring on-campus interviews.
