DIVERSITY INTERVIEW PROGRAMS
Capital students participate in a variety of diversity job fairs and interviewing programs including the Columbus Bar Association Minority Clerkship Program, the Cook County Minority Law Student Job Fair, Lavender Law, etc.

Employers may register and then post available positions by going online to https://law-capital-csm.symplicity.com/employers/. Job postings are posted within 48 hours (during weekdays) and will be posted for 30 days unless otherwise instructed by the employer.

First-year students receive access to Symplicity and the job posting board when fall semester begins. First-year students may participate in spring recruiting if in good academic standing.

Recruiting policy comments/explanation Offers of employment resulting from interviews during the fall or spring recruitment programs shall remain open for at least 14 calendar days from the date of the offer letter. Offers of employment dated before the beginning of the recruitment program will remain open for at least 14 calendar days from the first day of on-campus interviews. After consulting with the Assistant Dean for Professional Development, students in need of an extension will be encouraged to work with employers to make such a request. If an employer does not intend to follow the 14-day time-frame, Capital University Law School requests that the Assistant Dean be notified in advance.
