Recruiting policy comments/explanation The NALP Principles for a Fair and Ethical Recruitment Process provide an excellent framework. WashULaw also recognizes that each employer is unique and specific policies and guidelines may vary, while still promoting a fair and transparent recruiting process. Employers must not discriminate on the bases of race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, gender identity or expression, veteran status or disability. We expect our employers to recruit in a manner that is equitable and transparent with their hiring timeline, giving reasonable response deadlines and a reasonable period of time to consider offers of employment when each offer is made.
