We participate in the Equal Justice Works Conference & Career Fair, the Patent Law Interview Program (Loyola University Chicago School of Law), and occasionally other programs, subject to student interest.

DIVERSITY INTERVIEW PROGRAMS
Our students participate in the Maine Diversity Summer Associate Program and other diversity programs. In the past our students have attended the NBLSA Regional Job Fair and the Lavender Law Career Fair, and we will happily participate in other diversity programs as well.

For Employers who do not interview students on-campus, will you:

send, upon request, one package containing resumes/transcripts? Yes
post a notice directing students to apply directly to employer? Yes

If you provide job listings for graduates, describe how to send notice, when employers can expect responses, length of time notice is posted (whether in print or online), etc.
We maintain an online job board for graduates and publish a monthly jobs bulletin. Employers can email us directly at [email protected] and we will respond promptly. Job notices are ordinarily posted online and in the bulletin for one month, unless employers request a shorter or longer period.

FIRST-YEAR STUDENT Describe any special regulations pertaining to the recruitment of first year students. For example, are first year students eligible for spring OCI? When are job notices posted during second semester?
We encourage first year students to focus on their academics during their first semester. First year students are eligible to participate in Winter OCI (typically between January and March). During their semester break, we send all students an information packet listing all OCI postings received to that point. Additions and changes are distributed periodically and are posted online for students. Non-OCI job notices may be posted at any time during the spring semester.
