If you provide job listings for graduates, describe how to send notice, when employers can expect responses, length of time notice is posted (whether in print or online), etc.
To send notice for a graduate listing, email the Center for Professional Development at [email protected] with the posting. Additionally, job postings can be made via Symplicity at https://law-uc-csm.symplicity.com or with the job posting form found at https://law.uc.edu/Forms/job-post.html Postings are updated daily and remain on-line for 30 days or until notice is given by the employer that the position is filled, whichever is earliest.

FIRST-YEAR STUDENT Describe any special regulations pertaining to the recruitment of first year students. For example, are first year students eligible for spring OCI? When are job notices posted during second semester?
First year students are eligible for Spring OCI, and job notices for the summer after the first year are posted directly via Symplicity when we receive them. At the beginning of the 2nd semester each first year student is required to meet individually with a member of the Center for Professional Development staff to develop and implement a professional development plan. The student's professional development plan is formally updated during each student's third and fifth semesters.
