We welcome all law firms or organizations who would like to come to Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law to meet and/or interview our law students or who would like to conduct virtual interviews, providing they comply with our Non-Discrimination policy. Contact our office at 419-772-2220 to set up an OCI. Instead of scheduling specific dates for OCIs we try to accommodate what works best for employers.

If you organize or participate in either cooperative or off-campus interview programs, please list applicable information about participating schools, dates, interview locations, program coordinator/telephone, pre-screening or other selection process, and registration fees.
Non-participant except for career fair or conferences students can attend across the country.

Notices are sent to graduates through email, Symplicity CSM, and social media. Employers can expect responses on a date they specify.

FIRST-YEAR STUDENT Describe any special regulations pertaining to the recruitment of first year students. For example, are first year students eligible for spring OCI? When are job notices posted during second semester?
Jobs are posted as they become available. First year students are eligible for spring OCIs if they meet employer qualifications.

Recruiting policy comments/explanation Our recruiting policy is open to law firms, corporations, government and public interest organizations and every effort is made to accommodate recruiting requests. Reasonable and fair expectations of students on the part of recruiters should be upheld or we may deny the right to recruit our students.
