Baylor Law does not charge employers a fee to participate in On-Campus Interview programs, and we provide a catered lunch and lodging for employers. We also offer 100% pre-selection of candidates. OCI date confirmation will be sent to employers as reservations are received.

In 2023, Big Law Fall OCI will take place August 1-4, with in-person interviews 08.01.23 - 08.03.23 and virtual interviews via Flo Recruit on 08.04.23. We will then host another Fall OCI immediately before the fall term begins on August 16-18, with in-person interviews 08.16.23 - 08.17.23 and virtual interviews via Flo Recruit on 08.16.23. Winter OCI will take place November 3&4, with in-person interviews 11.03.23 and virtual interviews via Flo Recruit on 11.04.23. Spring OCI will take place February 14-16, with in-person interviews 02.14.24 - 02.15.24, and virtual interviews via Flo Recruit on 02.16.24.

Employers may post job listings at any time. Positions are posted daily on our website. Listings are discontinued at the Employer's request or after six weeks, unless otherwise requested. Listings may be submitted online at: www.baylor.edu/law/PostAJob, or you may contact Lauren Porter at [email protected]. Recent graduates are encouraged to participate in OCI in addition to applying to job postings. Please consider both options when seeking to hire a recent Baylor Law graduate.

FIRST-YEAR STUDENT Describe any special regulations pertaining to the recruitment of first year students. For example, are first year students eligible for spring OCI? When are job notices posted during second semester?
First-year students who entered in the spring quarter (see "Other Notes" for more information) and who have completed two quarters will be eligible for Fall OCI. First-year students who entered in the summer or fall classes are eligible for Spring OCI.
